Ya’ll loved my ‘15 Nail Art Designs for Fall That Aren’t Tacky’ (and my previous post for Valentine’s Day) so much that I knew I had to continue to provide this very important resource.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: nail art can be a tricky little brat. One second you think you’re getting a stylish manicure to subtly show off on the gram, and the next second you’re carrying around 5 lbs worth of crystals in the shape of a snowman on your thumb. I get it, girl; I really do.
If you have a designated nail technician that you go to regularly and trust, well then you go Glen Coco. Maintaining that relationship makes getting tasteful holiday nail art so much easier.
On the other hand, you could be like me and recently moved to a new city, or don’t go to the nail salon that often to benefit from a loyal, long-term bond. Or maybe you like to hit up a new nail salon every month and zone out to Lizzo on Spotify and avoid eye contact all together because that’s the only time you get some peace and quiet. No judgement.
That’s why having a specific photo for inspiration to bring to your nail salon is so important. Rather than trying to describe the perfectly thought-out design you have in your head for 30 minutes while they nod and do whatever the person before you just got, you can save yourself the time and frustration and show them an image from this post instead.
