20 Neutral Outfit Ideas to Copy for Thanksgiving

Holiday season is officially in full swing and I know from chatting with many of you that, like me, you are beyond ready to embrace it. Honestly, I can't say that I blame you one bit. This year has been funky, to say the least, and we could all use a healthy dose of festive joy.

Personally, once Halloween came to a close, I had moved on the next day to planning our Thanksgiving tablescape, pre-ordering pumpkin pies (the ones that we always convince our families we made from scratch), and burning pine tree-scented candles.

With Thanksgiving coming up quickly, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite neutral outfits to use as inspiration no matter how you are celebrating this year. From comfy and effortlessly chic to fancy for dinner with your in-law’s, I’m sharing a full range of outfit ideas to help you ladies get ready for this holiday while feeling confident and stylish.

Lucky for me, I’ve had my outfit picked out for weeks since I got this ribbed jumpsuit in the mail. It fits so perfectly over my growing bump (17 weeks now!) and is cozy enough to eat and lounge in all day long.

Alongside my bump, I’ll also be showing off my new favorite accessory to dress up any look: these gold threader and drop earrings in rose gold by AU-Rate. This was one of my first purchases since finding out that I am pregnant and every time I put these earrings on they remind me of this beautiful new chapter in my life.

As I’ve shared before, I am extremely sentimental with certain purchases, especially if they are bought during vacations with Sam to remind me of the city we visited, or if I’ve purchased them myself to celebrate a specific milestone.

When I saw this pair for the first time, I immediately thought of a blooming flower which I feel is so fitting as a soon-to-be-Mom. They are dainty enough to wear as everyday earrings, or to dress up with a chic updo for a fancier occasion (like Christmas or New Years Eve).

For this outfit, I styled them with my new wide-brim wool hat that has gold details in the ribbon and compliments the earrings without adding too much. I also styled this jumpsuit with my DIY Mama denim jacket (tutorial coming to the blog soon) and classic white booties.
