Evening Gowns under $100 for Every Occasion

New Years Eve may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean the celebrations and events are over! With Winter wedding season, engagement parties (let’s not forget the endless amount of #ringselfie and #engagedaf posts over Christmas), Galentine/Valentine’s Day, formal dances, and Fashion Week, along come many reasons to get dolled up.

Last month, we spent a few days in the glitzy city of sin (aka Vegas). While we weren't exactly throwing our morals to the wind and going wild in typical Vegas fashion, I did take advantage of the beautiful architecture in the mini replica cities while we were visiting (see faux Paris here).

One of my favorite spots on the Las Vegas strip was The Venetian. From the gondola rides to the arched cut-outs, stone statues, and every detail in between, I simply could have stayed there all day. If anything, it reconfirmed my desire to travel to Venice with Sam someday.

While we were visiting, I used this backdrop as a perfect excuse to get glam and wear my bold red gown on a Thursday morning. When in Vegas, right?

This red gown has been an absolute favorite of mine over the past 3 years since I purchased it online for less than $100. I have styled it many times for holiday parties, photo shoots, and fancy dinners. Each time, I switch up my glam or accessories to get me excited about wearing it all over again.

So, whether you have a known special occasion coming up or not, sometimes I find that it’s best to have a pretty gown on hand anyway (especially when you stumble upon a great sale).
