It has been proven that getting dressed for the day makes a remarkably positive impact on your overall mental wellness and efficiency. Rather than rolling out of bed in the same ratty pajamas and feeling like a gremlin that hasn’t seen the light of day in a week, I know that for me, getting dressed in a cute loungewear set with a matching scrunchie, a pair of cozy slippers, and a bit of mascara makes all the difference.
