The Ultimate Pink Style Guide
Many of you have commented on my shift, or focus, rather, in branding over the past year. When I started my blog, I was definitely still searching for my unique style, so the fashion posts were a bit all over the place. However, over the past 12 months, I feel like I've finally honed in on what makes ME feel the best and most confident. I've always had a love affair with the color pink, but I've been learning to really embrace my feminine side in terms of patterns, cuts, and different shades of pink when perfecting my wardrobe as an adult.
Nothing makes me feel more joyful than when I can replace something bland and dark with a pop of pink, whether I'm headed to the office, a date night downtown, or just hanging out with my girlfriends. As a stylist, I definitely feel like the clothes that I choose represent who I am as a person. And the color pink gives off this lighthearted, romantic, and feminine vibe that I can't deny.
Thankfully, the shade "blush" was, and still is, having a major moment in the fashion world. It is a beautifully classic and sophisticated twist on the traditional color pink and I think it's safe to say that we have all fallen in love.
Speaking of love, that is in fact what has prompted this post. Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, I figured what better time to create and share my Ultimate pink style guide than now?
