6 Outfit Ideas for Thanksgiving

outfit

Who else is embracing this short week?

I can’t believe Thanksgiving crept up on us so quickly! In just a couple days, many of us will be huddled around the kitchen piling carved turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing onto our plates, watching football in the living room, and listening to Grandma’s stories about that time Mom got caught sneaking out.

Although everyone’s Thanksgiving may look a bit different, we all have a reason to be thankful.

Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the stress of getting dressed for the occasion will magically disappear however. Finding an outfit for Thanksgiving can sometimes be tricky depending on what your plans are.

If you’re spending the holiday lounging around your family home and chasing the kiddos in the backyard, you might want to stick with something a bit more casual like a cozy sweater and jeans. Or, maybe you get together with all of your cousins every year and head to a pub downtown to catch up and unwind; in which case maybe a skirt and booties would be fitting. Perhaps you’d rather avoid the family drama and chaos all together, and you treat yourself to shopping early sales and an afternoon mani in heels and a silky blouse. No judgement here, girl.

Today I’m rounding up 6 outfit ideas to get you through this Turkey Day, no matter what your plans are! I’ve included links to shop each look following the outfit photos (don’t forget about next-day shipping and in-store pick up)

Even if you’re reading this guide on the morning of Thanksgiving, hopefully it will encourage you to take another peek into your closet and feel confident in trying out a new outfit combo that you hadn’t thought of before!
